摘 要:目的研究花椒不同提取方法的浸润麻醉作用,并对其进行成分鉴定。方法以豚鼠皮内丘法测定花椒不同提取方法的浸润麻醉作用,以气相色谱和质谱联用技术(GC-MS)鉴定其化学成分。结果浸润麻醉时间由高到低依次如下。0.2 g·mL^(-1)乙醚超声法挥发性成分组、0.2 g·mL^(-1)水蒸汽蒸馏法挥发性成分组、0.1 g·mL^(-1)乙醚超声法挥发性成分组、0.2 g·mL^(-1)乙醇超声生物碱提取部位组、0.1 g·mL^(-1)水蒸汽蒸馏法挥发性成分组、0.2 g·mL^(-1)水回流提取液组、0.1 g·mL^(-1)乙醇超声提取部位组和0.1 g·mL^(-1)水回流提取液组的浸润麻醉时间分别为(48.11±13.30),(29.11±7.15),(26.56±8.31),(25.89±12.71),(12.67±4.74),(7.56±2.51),(7.11±3.21)和(7.00±2.83)min。花椒的乙醚超声挥发性成分主要含醇类、烯类和酯类。结论乙醚超声法有利于提取花椒浸润麻醉成分。Objective To study the infiltration anesthesia effect of different extraction methods of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.Methods The infiltration anesthesia of different extraction methods of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.was determined by guinea pig internal mound method,and its chemical composition was identified by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer.Results The order of infiltration anesthesia time from high to low is as follows.The infiltration anesthesia time of 0.2 g·m L^(-1)ether ultrasound method volatile component group,0.2 g·mL^(-1)steam distillation method volatile component group,0.1 g·m L^(-1)ether ultrasound method volatile component group,0.1 g·m L^(-1)steam distillation method volatile component group,0.1 g·m L^(-1)steam distillation method volatile component group,0.2 g·m L^(-1)water reflux extraction Liquid group,0.1 g·mL^(-1)ethanol ultrasonic extraction site group,and 0.1 g·m L^(-1)water reflux extraction solution group were(48.11±13.30),(29.11±7.15),(26.56±8.31),(25.89±12.71),(12.67±4.74),(7.56±2.51),(7.11±3.21)and(7.00±2.83)min.The main ether volatile components of Zanthoxylum bungeanum were alcohols,alkenes and esters.Conclusion The ether ultrasound method is beneficial to extract the conduction anesthesia components of Zanthoxylum bungeanum.
