摘  要:针对创新人才培养的课题研究,本文首先分析了应用型创新人才培养存在学生主观科创能动性不高、科创要求与教学内容脱节等问题,提出了一种助力应用型创新人才递进式成长的教学模式,基于校企调研的研究基础,通过理论课堂的环境塑造来培养学生的创新意识,教师利用开放性实验室、项目组中的实践挖掘学生创新潜能,鼓励学生参加竞赛、科创项目、学术会议等锻炼其创新实践能力。每一阶段采取多方位的考核评价方式,包括理论课堂上的选修学分、进实验室的创新学分、竞赛会议积累的科研成果等,递进式评价也反映了学生能力的不断提升。Aiming at the research of innovative talents training, this paper first analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of applied innovative talents, such as students’ subjective initiative of scientific innovation is not high, the requirements of scientific innovation are out of line with the teaching content, and so on, through the shaping of the environment of the theoretical classroom to cultivate students’ innovative consciousness, teachers use the practice of the open laboratory and project team to tap students’ innovative potential, encourage students to participate in competitions, scientific innovation projects, academic conferences and so on to exercise their innovative practice ability. Each stage adopts multi-faceted assessment methods, including elective credits in theory class, innovative credits in laboratory, scientific research achievements accumulated in competition meetings, etc. progressive assessment also reflects the continuous improvement of students’ ability.
