摘　　要：高中生所面临的问题较多,如学习压力问题、青春期问题、人际关系问题等。当前,高中生心理健康教育存在部分学校不重视、缺乏专业教师、缺乏趣味性和实用性等问题。学校可以从认真落实心理健康教育工作、丰富心理健康教育形式、提高心理健康教师专业技能三方面入手,开展心理健康教育,促进高中生健康成长和发展。Senior middle school students are faced with many problems,such as learning pressure,adolescence,interpersonal problems,etc.At present,there are some problems in the mental health education of senior middle school students,such as the lack of professional teachers,interest and practicality.In order to promote the healthy growth and development of senior middle school students,schools can carry out mental health education from three aspects:seriously implementing mental health education,enriching the forms of mental health education,and improving the professional skills of mental health teachers.
