摘　　要：医学生的临床技能培训工作是医学教育的关键环节,临床技能培训中心针对妇产科培训对象、培训目的整合设置了临床教学与实践技能培训项目,为医学人才培养提供了良好临床教学和实践技能培训平台。模拟病人和模拟临床场景的教学与实践技能培训,能够避免传统教学时可能发生的医疗纠纷,弥补临床教学患者配合度差、病例少等缺陷,为妇产科医务人员实施真实操作奠定良好的基础。The clinical skills training of medical students is a key part of medical education. The clinical skills training center has integrated clinical teaching and practical skills training programs for the training objects and training purposes of obstetrics and gynecology. This provides a good clinical teaching and practical skills training platform for the training of medical talents. The teaching and practical skills training of simulated patients and simulated clinical scenes can avoid medical disputes that may occur in traditional teaching, make up for the lack of patient cooperation and cases in clinical teaching, and lay a good foundation for the implementation of real operations by obstetrics and gynecology medical staff.
