摘  要:目的探讨以要素计点法构建的绩效管理模式在内分泌科的应用实践及成效。方法选取医院内分泌科31名护士作为研究对象,比较要素计点法绩效管理模式实施前(2017年7月-2018年12月)和实施后(2019年1月-2020年6月)护理服务质量考核评分、专业考试成绩、专业考试错误类别以及不同人群满意度等评价指标及其变化。结果实施要素计点法绩效管理模式后,护士护理服务质量考核分数高于实施前(p<0.05),护士三基理论、三基操作、专科护理专业考试分数高于实施前;护士在专业考试中所犯的如病例书写不规范等共性错误次数少于实施前,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05),内分泌科室医生、患者及护士对护理质量的满意率高于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论内分泌科实行要素计点法绩效管理模式,有助于提高护士的专业知识及护理服务质量,改进医生、患者及护士自评的满意度。Objective To explore the application and effect of the performance management model constructed based on point-factor method in a endocrinology department.Methods 31 nurses in the endocrinology department of the hospital were selected as the research objects,and scores of the quality of nursing service,professional examination results,professional examination error category,and satisfaction of different groups of people were compared before(July 2017-December 2018)and after(January 2019-June 2020)the implementation of the performance management based on point-factor method.Results After the implementation of the point-factor performance management model,the assessment scores of nurses’nursing service quality were higher than those before implementation(p<0.05),and the scores of nurses’three basic theory,three basic operations,and specialized nursing professional examinations were higher than before implementation;The common mistakes,for example,nonstandard writing of medical records,made by nurses during the professional examination was fewer than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The satisfaction rate of doctors,patients and nurses in the endocrinology department to the quality of care was higher than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the point-factor performance management model in the endocrinology department is helpful to improve the professional knowledge of nurses and the quality of nursing service,and to improve the satisfaction of doctors,patients and nurses self-evaluated.
