摘　　要：文章简要回顾了全过程工程咨询的国际背景、发展动态以及建筑策划与全过程工程咨询的关系。在全咨背景下前策划后评估打通设计反馈闭环的重要性已经成为行业共识。研究聚焦建筑策划相关法规标准的制定、学术共同体的运转、高等教育和职业继续教育融合、相关科研成果的转化等热点,对建筑策划就政策法规、行业组织、教育领域、科研模式、策划实践等方面进行了较为全面的回顾与分析,最后就法规标准、人才培养、收费机制提出建议。This article briefly reviews the international background of whole process engineering consulting,Chinese dynamics and the relationship between architectural programming and whole process engineering consulting.Under the background of whole process engineering consulting,it has been a consensus on forming a close loop from architectural programming to post-occupancy evaluation.The article reviews and discusses the formulation of relevant regulations and standards for architectural programming,the operation of academic communities,the integration of higher education and professional continuing education,and the transformation of research products.It also gives suggestions on further regulations and standards,education strategies and charging mechanisms.
