摘　　要：本文从企业内部资本市场基本理论出发,对企业集团内部资本市场配置效率进行理论分析,并选取“十三五”期间(2016-2019)财务大数据为样本,运用相关分析、比较分析等方法从不同视角研讨国有企业内部资本市场资源配置效率,思考影响资源配置效率的主要因素,提出混合所有制改革、董事会建设、国资监管、机制优化等相应建议。Based on the basic theory of internal capital market,this paper analyzes the allocation efficiency of internal capital market of Enterprise Group,and selects the"fifteen"period(2016-2019)financial big data as the sample,using the methods of correlation analysis and Comparative Analysis,this paper studies the resource allocation efficiency of the internal capital market of state-owned enterprises from different perspectives,and considers the main factors affecting the resource allocation efficiency,put forward the reform of mixed ownership,the construction of the board of directors,state-owned Assets Supervision,mechanism optimization and other relevant recommendations.
