营养支持治疗在戈舍瑞林联合比卡鲁胺治疗晚期前列腺癌患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究基于营养支持治疗在戈舍瑞林联合比卡鲁胺治疗晚期前列腺癌患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年9月~2019年9月本院收治的100例晚期前列腺癌患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。两组均给予戈舍瑞林联合比卡鲁胺治疗,观察组在此基础上给予营养支持干预,探讨实施不同治疗对治疗效果的影响。结果:治疗前两组血清总蛋白、清蛋白、前清蛋白、转铁蛋白无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组血清总蛋白、清蛋白、前清蛋白、转铁蛋白高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗前两组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)和CD3^(+)无统计学差异(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)和CD3^(+)高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗前两组生活质量各项评分无统计学差异(P> 0.05),治疗后对照组物质生活、心理功能、躯体功能以社会功能得分均低于观察组(P <0.05)。结论:对戈舍瑞林联合比卡鲁胺治疗的晚期前列腺癌患者给予基于营养支持后,可有效提高营养状况及免疫功能指标、提升生活质量,此方法值得应用与推广。Objective: To explore the application of nutrition support for advanced prostatic cancer patients using goserelin and bicalutamide. Methods: 100 advanced prostatic cancer patients treated from September 2017 to September 2019 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. According to random number table,patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group. Both of two groups were treated with goserelin and bicalutamide;observation group was given nutrition support on this basis to explore influence of different treatments on therapeutic effect. Results: Before therapy,serum total protein,albumin,prealbumin and transferrin levels between two groups were not significantly different( P > 0. 05);after therapy,serum total protein,albumin,prealbumin and transferrin levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group( P < 0. 05);before therapy,the levels of CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and CD3^(+)between two groups were not significantly different( P > 0. 05);after therapy,CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and CD3^(+)levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group( P < 0. 05);before intervention,quality of life scores between two groups were not significantly different( P > 0. 05);after intervention,material function,mental function,physical function and social function in the observation group were higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05).Conclusion: The administration of nutrition support in patients with advanced prostate cancer treated with the combination of goserilyn and bicalutamine can effectively improve the nutritional status,immune function and quality of life. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
