摘  要:为使某轻武器机械击发结构能够可靠击发,分析研究了击发过程中击针簧的最大击发能量;针对击发过程中自动机闭锁后击针回转解脱击针卡爪时的击发能量大、机头体在回转过程中反跳速度摆动大、射击精度差等技术难题,提出了自动机闭锁后机框压击针卡爪释放击针的方案,借助ADAMS动力学仿真软件建立了某轻武器机械击发结构的动力学仿真模型,通过数值仿真获得了机头体、击针的速度和位移曲线。仿真结果表明所提出的方案能够减小振动和可靠击发。采用了可信的比较标准如击针最大击发能量E和机头体回转过程中最大闭锁反跳速度V进行评估。结果表明:所提出的自动机闭锁后机框压击针卡爪释放击针的方案有效、可行。In order to make the mechanical firing structure of light arms fire reliably,the maximum firing energy of the firing pin spring in the mechanical firing process was studied.In view of the technical problem of the scheme that the firing pin rotate to release the firing pin claw after automation locked,such as large firing energy during the firing process,large rebound speed swing in the bolt rotation process,and poor shooting accuracy.The dynamic simulation model of mechanical firing structure of a light arms was established by ADAMS dynamic stimulation software,and the velocity and displacement curves of the bolt and the firing pin were obtained by numerical simulation.The simulation results show that the proposed scheme of releasing the firing pin by the gun frame making the firing pin claw rotate after automation locked can reduce vibration and fire reliably.The credible comparison standard of the maximum firing energy E of firing pin and the maximum locked rebound speed V during the rotation of the bolt were used for evaluation.The conclusion shows that the proposed scheme of releasing the firing pin by the gun frame make the firing pin claw rotate after automation locked is effective and feasible.
