摘 要:针对无返回力矩钟表机构的设计计算过程相对繁琐,加工、调试周期长的现状,提出用虚拟样机仿真软件ADAMS对引信无返回力矩钟表机构的动态特性进行仿真,在保证一定精度的前提下,能比较快速地计算出延期解除保险数据。样机测试结果表明,基于ADAMS的无返回力矩钟表机构动力学模型设置合理,仿真结果为方案的设计提供了重要参考,对于加快研制周期、调试模型参数等具有重要意义。In view of the present situation that the design and calculation process of the clock mechanism with no returning torque is relatively complicated,and the processing and debugging cycle is long,a virtual prototype simulation software ADAMS was proposed to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the clock mechanism with no returning torque fuse S&A.Under the premise of ensuring certain accuracy,the armed data can be calculated more quickly.The test results of the prototype show that the dynamic model of the clock mechanism with no returning torque based on ADAMS is reasonable,and the simulation results provide an important reference for the design of the scheme,which is of great significance for speeding up the development cycle and adjusting the model parameters.
