摘　　要：基于UVC-LED光源,提出了一种UVC杀菌装置设计方案,悬挂固定在车载空调的出风口处,通过对内循环的风进行深紫外照射,实现整个车内空间的清洁。介绍了系统工作原理、结构布局和电路控制逻辑,并制作出满足性能要求的功能性样件,对后续UVC技术在车载杀菌领域的大规模应用提供了实验数据支持。A design scheme of UVC sterilization device was proposed based on UVC-LED light source,which was suspended and fixed at the air outlet of vehicle air conditioner,and realized the cleaning of the whole vehicle interior space by deep ultraviolet irradiation of the internal circulation wind.The working principle,structure layout and circuit control logic of the system were introduced,and functional samples meeting the performance requirements were made,which provided experimental data support for the subsequent large-scale application of UVC technology in the field of vehicle sterilization.
