有效开展班级晨会课的策略刍探

摘　　要：晨会课是班主任每天必须要上的一节课,班主任有效利用晨会课,在这十几分钟里“大做文章”,能为学生一天的学习生活奠定主旋律,提高班级管理效率,有效地促进学生思想道德素质的提高。文章从以德为先育真人、防疫防控是常态、传统文化悦享读、节日节气传美德、谈天说地扬正义等方面,对有效开展班级晨会课的策略进行研究。The morning meeting is a class that the head teacher must have every day.The head teacher can effectively make use of the morning meeting and"make a fuss"in these ten minutes,which can lay the main melody for the students'daily study and life,improve the efficiency of class management,and effectively promote the improvement of students'Ideological and moral quality.This paper studies the strategies of effectively carrying out the class morning meeting from the following aspects:morality first,epidemic prevention and control is the norm,traditional culture is happy to read,festival solar terms pass virtue,talk about justice and so on.
