返乡农民工创业融资可得性分析——兼论获得正规融资的影响因素

摘　　要：文章基于返乡农民工创业者的472个样本,剖析返乡农民工的创业融资可得性,实证分析影响返乡农民工创业融资可得性的主要因素。研究结果表明:个人/家庭出资是返乡农民工获取创业资金的最主要渠道,朋友/合伙人集资和私人借款是其较易获得的外源性融资渠道;创业区域、创业方式、创业形式、创业团队成员数量、性别、一般社会资本、周围人支持、特殊社会资本会对农民工创业融资可得性具有显著影响;性别、代际、特殊社会资本、创业形式、创业区域、创业阶段和周围人支持会对其获得正规融资具有显著影响。为此,拓展创业融资渠道,鼓励农民工规范创业形式,引导其提升社会资本以及落实本地金融政策,有利于缓解返乡农民工的创业融资困境。Based on 472 samples of entrepreneurs returning to rural migrant workers,this paper analyzes the availability of entrep-reneurial financing for migrant rural migrant workers,and empirically analyzes the main factors affecting the availability of entrepreneurial financing for migrant rural migrant workers.The results of the study indicate that individual or family funding is the most important channel for migrant workers returning to their hometowns to obtain venture capital.Friends or partner fund-raising and private borrowing are their more easily obtained sources of external financing;The number of entrepreneurial team members,gender,general social capital,support of surrounding people,and special social capital will have a significant impact on the availability of migrant workers'entreprene-urial financing;Human support can have a significant impact on its access to formal financing.To this end,expanding entrepreneurial financing channels,encouraging migrant workers to standardize their entrepreneurial forms,and guiding them to increase social capital and implement local financial policies are conducive to alleviating the plight of entrepreneurial financing for returning migrant workers.
