晚期消化道肿瘤患者行养正消积胶囊治疗对其生活质量及证候影响

摘　　要：目的探究晚期消化道肿瘤患者行养正消积胶囊治疗,对患者生活质量和证候的影响。方法选择该院2018年1月—2019年6月收治的晚期消化道肿瘤患者80例为研究对象,按随机数表法分组,均分为研究组(常规治疗方案基础上,行养正消积胶囊治疗)和对照组(常规治疗方案)。分别就两组患者的生活质量评分和临床疗效进行对比。结果研究组生理健康评分和心理健康评分分别为(55.16±6.63)分和(62.89±7.92)分,均优于对照组的(47.84±5.44)分和(50.57±6.21)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.398、7.742,P<0.05);临床疗效方面,研究组改善率70.0%高于对照组40.0%,恶化发生率(2.5%)低于对照组的20.0%,差异统计学有意义(χ^(2)=7.273、6.134,P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗方案基础上,给予晚期消化道肿瘤患者养正消积胶囊治疗,可有效改善患者生活质量,提高疗效,值得临床推广和使用。Objective To explore the effect of Yangzheng Xiaoji capsule treatment on patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumors on their quality of life and syndromes.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,80 patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumors admitted to the hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number grouping method,they were divided into study group(based on the conventional treatment plan,Xingyangzheng Xiaoji Capsule treatment)and the control group(conventional treatment plan).The quality of life scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The physical health score and mental health score of the study group were(55.16±6.63)points and(62.89±7.92)points respectively,which were better than those of the control group(47.84±5.44)points and(50.57±6.21)points.The difference was statistically significant(t=5.398,7.742,P<0.05);in terms of clinical efficacy,the improvement rate of the study group was 70.0%higher than that of the control group 40.0%,and the rate of deterioration(2.5%)was lower than 20.0%of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.273,6.134,P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of the conventional treatment plan,the treatment of Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsules for patients with advanced gastrointestinal tumors can effectively improve the quality of life of the patients and improve the curative effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
