正畸正颌联合在唇腭裂术后牙颌面畸形治疗中的效果探析

摘　　要：目的分析正畸正颌联合在唇腭裂术后牙颌面畸形治疗中的效果。方法选取2017年1月—2020年6月该院收治的唇腭裂术后牙颌面畸形患者60例为研究对象,随机摸球法分为对照组30例,正颌术治疗,观察组30例则为正畸正颌联合治疗,对比患者咀嚼功能和术后畸形复发状况。结果观察组患者并发症率10.00%(3/30)低于对照组43.33%(13/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.523,P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后下牙槽座角(SNB)、上下齿槽座角(ANB)等指标优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者咀嚼功能86.67%和牙齿吻合度73.33%均高于对照组53.33%、46.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.936、4.444,P<0.05)。结论唇腭裂术后牙颌面畸形患者接受正畸、正颌治疗后咀嚼功能以及牙齿吻合度更高,并发症更少,有临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of orthodontic combination in the treatment of dental and maxillofacial deformities after cleft lip and palate surgery.Methods From January 2017 to June 2020,60 patients with dental and maxillofacial deformity after cleft lip and palate surgery were selected as the research objects.Randomly divided into control group 30 cases,orthognathic treatment,observation group 30 cases combined orthodontics and orthognathic treatment to compare patients’masticatory function and postoperative deformity recurrence.Results The complication rate of the observation group was 10.00%(3/30)lower than that of the control group 43.33%(13/30),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.523,P<0.05);in the observation group,the lower alveolar seat angle(SNB)and upper and lower alveolar seat angle(ANB)after treatment were better than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);86.67%of the masticatory function and 73.33%of the teeth in the observation group were higher than those of the control group by 53.33%and 46.67%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.936,4.444,P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with dental and maxillofacial deformity after cleft lip and palate undergoing orthodontic and orthognathic treatment have higher chewing function and dental anastomosis,with fewer complications,and have clinical application value.
