摘 要:特色涉农专业的开设高校较少、专业性较强,其青年教师在职业发展初期往往面临专业积淀不足、教学困倦无助、身心疲惫失衡等诸多困境。河南农业大学烟草学院以职业发展为导向,对青年教师导师制进行改革探索,将“导师”的内涵拓展为院内导师、行业导师、党团导师、生活导师,并从职业技能维度、职业平衡维度、职业信念维度帮助青年教师实现职业成长和发展,为特色涉农专业的青年教师培养提供了借鉴。Characteristic agriculture-related majors offer fewer colleges and universities,and their professionalism is strong.In the early stages of professional development,their young teachers often face many difficulties such as insufficient professional accumulation,teaching tiredness and helplessness,and physical and mental exhaustion.The Tobacco College of Henan Agricultural University takes career development as the orientation,and explores the reform of the tutor system for young teachers,and expands the connotation of“tutor”into college tutors,industry tutors,party group tutors and life tutors.The three dimensions of professional skills,professional balance,and professional beliefs help young teachers achieve professional growth and development,and provide a reference for the training of young teachers with characteristic agriculture-related majors.
