报告基因法在生物技术药物活性检测中的应用

摘　　要：随着生物技术药物不断发展,对建立稳定高效的生物活性分析方法的需求不断上升。报告基因法与生物技术药物作用机制有关,方法变异小,准确度高,广泛应用于各种细胞因子、激素、抗体等生物技术药物生物活性检测。本文综述了报告基因、报告基因法的类型及特点,以及报告基因法在多种生物技术药物活性检测中的应用。With the development of biotechnological drugs,there is an urgent demand for establishing a stable and efficient bioassay method.Reporter gene assay is related to the mechanism of biotechnological drugs,which has little variation and high accuracy.It has widely applied in measuring the bioactivity of biotechnological drugs,such as cytokines,hormones,antibodies and so on.This paper reviewed the types and characteristics of reporter gene and reporter gene assay,and the application of reporter gene method in bioassay of biotechnological drugs.
