重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合阿昔洛韦滴眼液治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎的效果

摘　　要：目的分析重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)滴眼液联合阿昔洛韦(ACV)滴眼液治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎(HSK)患者的效果。方法选取2017年5月至2019年8月沁阳市中医院收治的96例HSK患者,依照随机数表法分为观察组、对照组。对照组(48例)接受ACV滴眼液治疗,观察组(48例)在对照组基础上接受bFGF滴眼液联合治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗前后血清炎症因子水平[白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8、IL-18、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α]、不良反应、复发率。结果两组治疗总有效率比较,观察组(93.75%)较对照组(77.08%)高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清炎症因子水平均有所下降,且与对照组相比,观察组血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均较低,IL-18较对照组高(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后6个月,观察组复发率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论bFGF滴眼液联合ACV滴眼液治疗HSK患者效果较好,能有效调节血清炎症因子水平,减少复发,且安全性高。Objective To analyze the efficacy of recombinant bovine alkaline fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)eye drops combined with acyclovir(ACV)eye drops in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis(HSK).Methods A total of 96 patients with HSK in Qinyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2017 to August 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.The control group(48 cases)received ACV eye drops,and the observation group(48 cases)received bFGF eye drops combined therapy on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,serum inflammatory factors[interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8,IL-18,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α],adverse reactions and recurrence rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(93.75%vs.77.08%,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factors in both groups were decreased,and compared with the control group,the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were lower,and IL-18 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).At 6 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion BFGF eye drops combined with ACV eye drops in the treatment of patients with HSK has significant effect,can effectively regulate the level of serum inflammatory factors,reduce recurrence,and has high safety.
