摘 要:该研究引入贴近现实的劳务派遣问题,旨在探讨多元用工形式下中国文职人员性别工资差距的分布及成因。"中国工资工作调查"数据显示,文职人员性别工资差距的分布呈现复杂的组合效应。通过运用分位数回归和分解的方法对性别工资差距的影响因素进行分析,发现只有非劳务派遣人员的工资水平与人力资本投入显著正相关,且相较女性而言,男性教育投资回报率和经验回报率都更高且更稳定;此外,非劳务派遣人员在中高分位数段存在性别歧视,劳务派遣人员则与之相反。研究基于文职人员的工资分布特征,阐明了不同用工形式下影响性别工资差距的关键因素,从情境和方法的角度拓展了性别工资差距的研究。Taking into account the labor service dispatch issue which is close to the reality,this study aims to discuss the distribution of clerical support workers’gender wage gap in different forms of employment.As the“wageindicator.cn”data shows,the distribution of clerical support workers’gender wage gap hides an intriguing composition effect.By using quantile regression and quantile decomposition to analyze the influencing factors of gender wage gap,it is found that only the wage level of regular employees is significantly positive-correlated with human capital investment.And compared with women,men’s returns on investment in education and experience are higher and more stable.In addition,the gender wage gap can be explained by gender discrimination to a great extent in the middle to high range of the quantiles for regular employees,while the opposite is true for labor service dispatch employees.Based on the distribution characteristics of clerical support workers,the study clarifies the key factors influencing the gender wage gap under different employment forms,which expands the study of gender wage gap from situational and methodological perspectives.
