摘 要:The disruption of blood brain barrier(BBB)induced by traumatic brain injury(TBD)is a critical event in the formation of brain edema during early phases of brain injury.Astrocytes are the key structure of BBB.As the water transporter,AQP4 is involved in maintaining the water homeostasis of BBB.Cannabidiol(CBD)shows a potential for neuroprotective effects. In order to determine the role of CBD treatment on TBI at different time points(8h,1 d,2d,3d,5dand 7 d),the effect was assessed by mNSS,ELISA,Evans blue staining, immunohistochemical staining,qPCR and Western blotting. The results showed that CBD can reduce mNSS,significantly reduce the concentration of S100βand NSE in serum and improve the vascular permea bility, especially at the second day.
