Gestational vitamin B supplementation alleviates neurodevelopmental abnormalities induced by PM2s in mice offspring

摘  要:Gestational exposure to PM25 leads to neurodevelopmental impairment in offsprings.However,no effective means has been found to alleviate the neurodevelopmental impairment of embryos induced by PM2s.To clarify the effects of vitamin B on anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,synaptic remodeling and neuroprotection,we used it in a mouse model simulating gestational exposure to PM2.s.We found that after vitamin B intervention,anxiety,depression,social communication disorders,stereotyped repetitive behavior,and learning/spatial memory were impaired in mice offsprings.
