摘 要:Whether embryonic development is affected by the maternal gut dysbacteriosis still remains ambiguous. In this study, firstly we show elevated level of lipopolysaccharides(LPS)in a gut microbilbta dysbiosis mouse model.Secondly,we demonstrate that the cardiogenesis, neurogenesis and somitogenesis were inhibited in both gut microbiota dysbiosis mice and LPS exposed chicken embryos. These might be due to LPS disturbed the cell survival and the key genes which regulating the cardiogenesis, neurogenesis and somitogenesis.Subsequently,we found that LPS-induced reactive oxygen species(ROS)and NF-kb signaling activation contributed to the malformations as above-mentioned.we then employed the experimental method that fecal microbiota was transplanted in order to partially restore the intestinal flora disorder of mice. The LPS,ROS and activation of NF-rb signaling dramatically decreased after returned to normal intestinal microflora level.
