摘  要:The Medpor implant(Stryker,Kalamazoo,Michigan,USA)is a commercially available non-absorbable porous high-density polyethylene(HDPE)implant used to reconstruct many surgical defects and has been used to reconstruct the auricle.Unfortunately,the infection and extrusion associated with HDPE implants is always a severe complication during and after surgery,which can cause delayed healing,implant failure,and repeated surgeries.To overcome the limitations of current implant in terms of regenerative and antimicrobial properties,we prepared HDPE 3D scaffolds oxidized by plasma,coated with polydopamine(pDA)and immobilized by fibrin(Fib)/e polylysine(EPL).
