摘  要:在分析船闸通航安全状态监控与感知现状基础上,总结目前船闸通航安全感知的技术需求,设计船闸通航状态感知系统总体框架及数据交互与管理方式。针对目前船闸通航安全状态感知关键技术问题,分别对闸室船舶超速监测与报警技术、闸室船舶越线停船监测与报警技术、船闸水域船舶航行状态监控技术,以及船闸气象监测技术提出解决方案。The current status of navigation safety monitoring and perception of ship locks was presented,as well as the related technical requirements.The overall framework of the navigation status perception system of the ship lock and the data interaction and management methods were designed.In view of the key technical issues of the current navigation safety status perception of the ship lock,technical solutions were proposed for the monitoring and alarm technology of the ship over-speeding and crossing the line in the lock chamber,the navigation state monitoring technology of the ship lock water area and the weather monitoring technology of the ship lock.
