科研院所合格供方选择与评价指标体系研究——以某研究所为例

摘　　要：科研院所一向都是以科研为主,承担的项目科研类居多。随着我国综合国力的不断提升,国立科研院所承担了大量面向世界科技前沿,关系到国家全局和长远发展的重大任务,这对科研院所人才、技术、管理、产品和服务质量等各方面的要求相应提高。对于以科研为主,基本不具备生产、加工、调试等能力的科研院所,提高对供方的管理水平,提升产品和服务质量,保证任务的顺利完成,具有十分重要的意义。本文提出的面向以科研为主的研究所合格供方选择的评价指标体系,对于提高某研究所合格供方的管理水平,保证产品和服务质量具有重要意义,也可为其它类似研究所提供借鉴。Scientific research institutes have always been dominated by scientific research,and most of them undertake scientific research projects.With the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive national strength,national scientific research institutes have undertaken a large number of major tasks facing the world's scientific and technological frontiers,which are related to the overall and long-term development of the country.It is of great significance to improve the management level of suppliers,improve the quality of products and services,and ensure the successful completion of the task for scientific research institutes which are mainly based on scientific research and basically do not have the ability of production,processing and debugging.The evaluation index system proposed in this paper for the selection of qualified suppliers in research institutes is of great significance to improve the management level of qualified suppliers in a certain research institute and ensure the quality of products and services.It can also provide reference for other similar research institutes.
