摘　　要：为解决以低碳、节能来降低医院成本的问题,本文以四川省三甲A医院手术中心层流手术室为研究对象,对层流手术室的运行现状进行分析,通过设计建立遗传-粒子群算法求得手术室线调度模型的优解,来改善层流手术室的使用平衡,达到均衡手术室使用时长,并同时满足患者手术需求和合理分配手术室资源的目的,使医院运作管理水平得到提升。In order to solve the problem of reducing the cost of hospitals with low carbon and energy saving,this paper takes the laminar flow operating room in the operation center of Sichuan Province A hospital as the research object,analyzes the current status of the laminar flow operating room,and establishes genetic-particles through design The group algorithm obtains the optimal solution of the operating room line scheduling model to improve the balance of the use of the laminar flow operating room,achieve a balanced operating room use time,and at the same time meet the needs of patients for surgery and the purpose of rationally allocating operating room resources,so that the hospital's operation and management level get promoted.
