摘  要:轻木芯材是风力发电叶片结构的主要原材料之一,轻木芯材的质量严重影响着叶片的综合性能与寿命,而近年来,随着风力发电抢装潮的到来,风机上游原材料需求显著提高,尤其2020年以来叶片所用轻木芯材供应不足,且国内的轻木芯材严重依赖进口。由于轻木储藏、运输和环境因素等导致芯材含水率≥12%而超标,严重影响了叶片的成型质量,甚至造成产品报废,故含水率成为芯材验收的一个重要指标。为此对风力发电叶片芯材轻木的含水率超标处理方法进行了分析和研究。Balsa core material is one of the main materials for wind turbine blades.The quality of balsa core material seriously affects the comprehensive performance of blades.In recent years,with the vigorous development of wind power generation,the demand for upstream raw materials for wind turbines is significantly increased,especially since 2020,especially since 2020,the supply of balsa core material for blades is insufficient,and domestic balsa core material is heavily dependent on imports.Due to balsa storage,transportation and environmental factors,the moisture content of core material is higher than or equal to 12%and exceeds the standard,which seriously affects the molding quality of the blades and even causes the product to be scrapped.Therefore,the moisture content becomes an important indicator of the core material acceptance.This paper analyzes and studies the treatment method of excessive moisture content of balsa core material for wind turbine blades.
