汽车顶棚与风道热熔胶粘接工艺的改进

摘　　要：现在的家庭汽车,随着座位、车长的增加,为了使每个座位上的成员都能体会到舒适的乘坐感觉,供暖与通风系统也需要延伸到后排,且需要从车辆上部布置出风口,这使汽车顶棚与风道的关系变得更加重要。现就某款车型顶棚与风道的安装问题入手,通过介绍汽车顶棚与风道的固定形式、打胶轨迹、打胶量、胶的类型等内容,为形成设计规范和今后的车型改进提供参考。In the current family automobile,with the increase of seats and car length,in order to make the members of each seat feel comfortable,the heating and ventilation system also needs to be extended to the back row,and the air outlet needs to be arranged from the upper part of the automobile,which makes the relationship between the ceiling and the air duct more important.Starting with the installation of ceiling and air duct of a certain model,the fixed form,gluing track,gluing amount and glue type of ceiling and air duct are introduced to provide reference for the formation of design specifications and the improvement of automobile models in the future.
