摘 要:本实验通过淀粉和氯乙酸醚化反应制得改性羧甲基淀粉,同时以此改性淀粉为主要成分,成功制备了改性淀粉胶黏剂。通过红外光谱测试了改性淀粉的结构,通过干燥时间、耐水性、剥离强度等测试,研究了不同络合剂用量对改性淀粉胶黏剂的性能的影响。红外光谱测试结果表明,成功制得了改性淀粉。当络合剂用量为8mL时,干燥时间较短为57min,耐水时间较长为416s,剥离强度最大为53.63N·mm^(-1)。Modified carboxymethyl starch was successfully prepared by using chloroacetic acid as modifier,then the modified starch adhesive was prepared by mixing the carrier paste and the main body paste.The infrared spectrum(FTIR)test were used to characterize the structure of the modified starch.Effect of different content of complexing agent on the drying time,water resistance and peel strength of modified starch adhesive were all discussed.The FTIR results showed that the modified starch was successfully obtained.When the amount of complexing agent was 8mL,the drying time shortened to 57min,the water resistance time increased to 416s,the peel strength increased to 53.63N·mm^(-1).
