摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央不断推进全面从严治党向纵深发展、向基层延伸。高校全面从严治党的力度在不断加大,高校基层党组织纪检委员在党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争中发挥监督"探头"作用的重要性越来越突出。只有切实解决基层纪检委员在监督作用发挥中存在的问题,才能整合基层监督力量,维护高校风清气正的政治生态。Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core has continuously promoted the comprehensive development of strict party governance to the depth and extension to the grassroots.The efforts of colleges and universities to administer the party strictly in an all-round way are constantly increasing,and the importance of the discipline inspection committees of the primary-level party organizations in colleges and universities in playing the role of supervisory probe in the construction of party style and clean government and the fight against corruption has become more and more prominent.Only by effectively solving the problems existing in the supervision of the grassroots discipline inspection committees,can the grassroots supervision forces be integrated and the political ecology of the colleges and universities clean and upright can be maintained.
