摘  要:针对齿轮等啸叫传递路径分析,提出了基于声传函的空气声分析方法。该方法结合声传函和声功率可以准确计算得到空气声的贡献量。针对该方法,给出了声传函随转速变化的变换方法,并讨论了声传函在啸叫问题频率段的准确性。针对某车型啸叫问题,应用该方法计算得到了空气声的贡献量,研究表明结构传递路径为啸叫的主要传递路径。采用隔振分析方法,确定了变速箱悬置为该啸叫问题主要的结构传递路径。通过在变速箱悬置被动侧支架增加质量块,改善了该啸叫问题,验证了上述传递路径分析的准确性。The air-borne analysis method based on sound transfer function is proposed for the transfer path analysis of whine.including gear whine.In this analysis model,the contribution participation of air-borne is obtained accurately by sound transfer function and sound power.The transform method of sound transfer function along with rotate speed is presented.And the:accuracy of the sound transfer function in the frequency range of whine is discussed.For the whine issue of a vehicle,the.contribution participation of air-borne is obtained according to this method.And the structure-borne is found as the main transfer path of the whine under complaining rotate speed.The transmission mount is found as the main structure-borne path of the whine.The whine is improved by adding a balance weight onto the transmission mount,which verifies the accuracy of the.transfer path analysis above.
