摘　　要：目的系统评价艾灸治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后引起的白细胞减少症的疗效。方法通过全面检索中国知网、万方、维普、Pubmed、Wed of Science等数据库中发表的艾灸治疗化疗引起的白细胞减少症临床随机对照试验文献,用Cochorane系统评价方法,依据纳入、排除标准筛选文献、整理资料,采用Rev Man5.4软件进行质量评价和Meta分析。结果最终纳入18篇。Meta分析显示艾灸治疗化疗后白细胞减少症较常规升白药物疗效好,差异有统计学意义。结论艾灸治疗化疗后白细胞减少症的疗效较好,操作方便,值得推广。Objective To systematically evaluate the therapeutic effect of moxibustion in the treatment of leukopenia caused by chemotherapy for malignant tumor.Methods The clinical randomized controlled trials(RCTs)related to moxibustion for the treatment of chemotherapy-induced leukopenia published in the databases of CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,Pubmed,Web of Science,etc.were retrieved comprehensively.The literatures were selected and sorted out according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria by the Cochorane system evaluation method,and Rev Man5.4 software was used for quality evaluation and meta-analysis.Results Finally a total of 18 RCTs meeting the inclusion criteria were included in the study.Meta-analysis results showed that the efficacy of moxibustion in the treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy for malignant tumor was stronger than that of conventional leucocyte-increasing drugs,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Moxibustion has a good effect on leukopenia after chemotherapy for malignant tumor.The method is practical and suitable for clinical application.However,due to the small amount of the literatures and the low quality of the included literatures,more high-quality,multi-center and large-sample studies are further needed.
