冰镇乌梅汤含漱治疗鼻咽癌放疗后口干症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨冰镇乌梅汤含漱对鼻咽癌患者放疗结束后口干症的影响。方法以我院2020年3月至2021年1月接诊的60例鼻咽癌初治患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表将其等分为对照组与治疗组,对照组给予复方硼酸溶液护理干预,治疗组给予冰镇乌梅汤护理干预,比较两组放射性口干分级、咽喉疼痛的VAS评分。结果护理干预后,治疗组放射性口干症程度明显轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组咽喉疼痛VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用冰镇乌梅汤,有助于防治及降低鼻咽癌患者放疗结束后放射性口干反应,减轻患者咽喉疼痛。Objective To investigate the effect of iced Wumei Decoction on the adverse reaction of dry mouth in the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.Methods Sixty first-visit patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who were treated in our hospital from March 2020 to January 2021 were chosen as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and treatment group using a random number table.The control group was given nursing intervention with compound boric acid solution,and the treatment group was given nursing intervention with iced Wumei Decoction.The radioactive dry mouth classification and throat pain VAS scores were compared between the two groups.Results After the nursing intervention,the degree of radioactive dry mouth in the treatment group was significantly milder than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores of throat pain in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of iced Wumei Decoction is beneficial to prevent and reduce the radioactive dry mouth reaction of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy,and reduce the throat pain of patients.
