摘　　要："1+X证书制度"将职业技能等级证书与学历证书相互融通,对高职教育的人才培养模式改革具有重大意义。针对职业教育中"一技一岗"的学科人才培养不能满足粤港澳地区软件行业"一岗多能"全栈人才培养的需要,通过在高职专业群中实施"1+X证书制度",聚焦粤港澳区域软件产业的发展需求,专业群与产业群需求对接,构建以学生为中心的可定制化人才培养体系和课程体系,满足分层按需施教的需求,解决了以学科为基础的人才培养体系与复合型技能人才需求不匹配的问题。"1 + X Certificate System"integrates vocational skill grade certificate and academic certificate, which is of great significance to the reform of talent training mode in higher vocational education. In view of the requirement of"one technology, one post"in vocational education, which can’t meet the needs of"one post, multiple abilities"in software industry in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, this paper puts forward the"1 + X Certificate system"mode in higher vocational professional group focuses on the development needs of software industry in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, connects the needs of professional groups and industrial groups, builds a student-centered customized talent training system and curriculum system, meets the needs of hierarchical on-demand teaching, and solves the problem that the discipline based talent training system does not match the needs of compound skilled talents.
