摘　　要：现代化社会各个行业领域都离不开网络新媒体技术的融入,新技术改变了人们的生产、生活方式,将网络新媒体应用到医院的文化建设中,使医院文化和医疗状况得到更广泛的传播与宣传,已成为当今医院文化建设中的重要渠道。本文通过探讨网络新媒体的基本特征,研究医院文化建设的重要性,分析网络新媒体在医院文化建设中的具体应用,讨论以Vlog为视角、网络直播和微视频等创新型传播模式在医院文化建设中的优点,为医院文化建设者提供参考。No sector of modern society can be separated from the integration of Network New Media Technology,which has changed people’s mode of production and way of life.It has become an important channel to apply network new media to the cultural construction of hospitals so that the hospital culture and medical conditions could be widely disseminated and publicized.At present,the network new media has become an important carrier in the hospital culture construction.This paper discusses the basic characteristics of network new media,studies the importance of hospital culture construction,analyzes the specific application of network new media in hospital culture construction,and discusses the advantages of innovative communication modes in hospital culture construction from the perspective of vlog,webcast and micro video,so as to provide reference for hospital culture builders.
