摘 要:首先介绍了基于UDP通讯协议实现的贮箱液体晃动联合仿真方法.该方法采用FLUENT计算运动贮箱的液体晃动力、力矩、质心结果,星体动力学程序在获取贮箱晃动结果后通过控制算法和策略计算星体运动的线速度和角速度.两者之间的双向数据交换,通过C/C++语言开发的通讯接口来实现.然后借助上述联合仿真方法,开展了贮箱晃动联合仿真分析,并与在轨遥感数据进行了对比,然后分析了俯仰0~25°机动工况的4贮箱液体晃动特性,最后对比分析了带孔和无孔叶片在星体动力学控制下的液体晃动特性.非沿轨迹工况下,2、3号贮箱的晃动力和力矩峰值大于1、4号贮箱,4个贮箱的Y向晃动力峰值在1.05~1.96 N,力矩值在0.05~0.36 N·m;带孔叶片对液体的搅动作用要弱于无孔叶片.无孔叶片搅动的气泡出现了明显的拉伸与离心运动,并导致更大的流体流动速度.A joint simulation method of liquid sloshing of liquid tanks based on UDP communication protocol is firstly introduced in this paper.The method uses FLUENT to calculate the liquid sloshing force,moment and center of mass results of the moving tanks.Based on the satellite dynamics program,the linear and angular velocities are calculated through control algorithms and strategies after obtaining the tank sloshing results.The two-way data exchange between them is achieved through a communication interface developed in C/C++code.Then,with the help of the above joint simulation method,the joint simulation analysis of the tank sloshing is carried out and compared with the in-orbit remote sensing data.And then the liquid sloshing characteristics of the four tanks in pitch 0~25°maneuvers are analyzed.Finally the liquid sloshing characteristics of the blades with and without holes under the control of the satellite dynamics are compared and analyzed.Under non-trajectory conditions,the peak sloshing force and moment of 2nd and 3rd tanks are larger than those of 1st and 4th tanks.The peak Y-directional sloshing force of the four tanks is in the range of 1.05 N~1.96 N.The moment values are in the range of 0.05 N·m~0.36 N·m.The stirring effect of the blades with holes on the liquid is weaker than that of the blades without holes.The bubbles stirred by the non-porous blades show a significant stretching and centrifugal motion,and result in greater fluid velocity.
