大型闸门双液压缸启闭机同步控制原理及调试

摘　　要：为解决大型闸门双液压缸启闭机同步偏差不易控制的问题,以牛栏江红石岩堰塞湖整治工程溢洪洞弧形闸门液压启闭机为例,阐述了双液压缸启闭机同步控制原理及调试过程中同步偏差不易控制的原因及处理措施。实际运行结果表明,完成调试后的闸门启闭机运行平稳,同步精度较高、工作较为可靠,符合运行要求。In order to solve the problem that synchronization deviation of double hydraulic cylinder hoist for large gate is not easy to control,this paper takes Hongshiyan Barrier Lake Regulation Project of Niulan River as an example to elaborate the principle of synchronization control of double hydraulic cylinder hoist and the causes and treatment measures for synchronization deviation during commissioning.The actual operation results show that the gate hoist after commissioning runs smoothly,has high synchronization accuracy and works reliably,and meets the operation requirements.
