摘  要:国家提出的一流大学和一流学科建设体现了教学与科研互为一体的双重目标,要求人员匹配、课程设置、人才评价、资源配置都围绕着培养创新成果的核心目标来设置。这也就要求文科教师应该具备综合素养,要有学科意识,成为教师成长的大视界;教师要有很强的专业素养,以此为立身之本;要教研相长,教学与科研互动同构,并行不悖,协调发展。The construction of first-class universities and disciplines proposed by China reflects the dual goals of teaching and research as a whole,requiring personnel matching,curriculum design,talent evaluation and resource allocation to be set around the core goal of cultivating innovative achievements.Some requirements are recommended by this:liberal arts teachers should have the comprehensive accomplishment and the discipline consciousness to become the teacher growing with big horizon,teachers should have strong professional quality,which is the foundation of their existence and teaching and research should grow hand in hand under interact isomorphism and develop in harmony.
