摘　　要：介绍凝固剂浸渍法乳胶管的生产工艺。凝固剂的主要成分为氯化钙和陶土,模型浸凝固剂、浸胶乳、浸热水、清洗胶管和清洗泡水后,采用水煮硫化法硫化,干燥后采用次氯酸钠与盐酸反应制得的氯水进行乳胶管表面处理。该工艺配料和加工流程简单、设备操作简便且投资少,能够满足普通乳胶管的生产要求,并对改善乳胶管的喷霜和变色老化问题有一定效果。The production process of latex tube by coagulant impregnation was introduced.The coagulant was mainly composed of calcium chloride and clay.The model was soaked with coagulant,latex and hot water,the latex tube was cleaned and soaked in water,and then vulcanized by boiling water vulcanization.After drying,the surface of latex tube was treated by chlorine water prepared by the reaction of sodium hypochlorite and hydrochloric acid.The process had the advantages of simple batching and processing flow,simple equipment operation and low investment,which could meet the production requirements of ordinary latex tubes,and had a certain effect on improving the problem of blooming and discoloration of latex tubes.
