摘 要:参与式教学法作为一种教学理念方法的创新,强调教学者与学习者、学习者与学习者在教学活动中的平等主体地位。这与“公共政策学”的课程性质目的是高度契合的,也顺应了我国高校课程思政建设和以学生为中心的教学方式改革创新的潮流。为了实现参与式教学法在“公共政策学”课程教学中的实践创新,使学生真正深度、全方位全过程参与,要将参与式教学法理念融入“公共政策学”的实践创新中,在课前、课中、课后不同时间段进行科学规划,让学生从公共政策感受出发,通过角色模拟、主题发言、案例研讨等方式触碰公共政策,并在政策分析探讨的基础上提升对公共政策的理性认识,进而培养学生的公共政策参与意识和参与能力。教学实践表明:参与式教学取得了一定的教学效果,但仍需要在教与学中不断反思总结,才能使参与式教学法得以为继。Participatory teaching method,as an innovation of teaching idea,emphasizes the equal subject status of teachers and learners,learners and learners in teaching activities,which is highly consistent with the nature and purpose of“Public Policy Science”and conforms to the trend of ideological and political construction and student-centered teaching reform in colleges and universities in China.In order to better apply participatory teaching method to“Public Policy Science”teaching and enable students to participate in public policy in a real depth and all-round way,only with the integration of the concept of participatory teaching method into the practical innovation of the course and the implementation of scientific planning at different time periods before,during and after classes,can students truly feel the public policy through role simulations,thematic speeches,case studies and other teaching methods and enhance the rational understanding of public policy on the basis of policy analysis,so as to cultivate their participation consciousness and participation ability of public policy.Though there have been some teaching achievements,a sustainable successful participatory teaching method still requires continuous practice,reflection and summary in teaching and learning.
