泪前隐窝入路鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析泪前隐窝入路鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的临床效果。方法46例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者,按治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各23例。对照组患者采用常规鼻内镜手术治疗,观察组患者采用泪前隐窝入路鼻内镜手术治疗。比较两组患者各项临床指标及临床疗效。结果观察组患者手术时间(41.74±5.36)min、住院时间(2.53±0.23)d均短于对照组的(61.83±6.29)min、(4.89±0.27)d,术中出血量(30.21±2.85)ml少于对照组的(39.09±2.72)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率95.65%明显高于对照组的73.91%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者采用泪前隐窝入路鼻内镜手术治疗后能获得较为理想的治疗效果,不仅能缩短患者的手术、住院时间,减少术中出血量,还能改善患者的病症,值得应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery through anterior lacrimal recess approach in the treatment of inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.Methods A total of 46 patients with inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional endoscopic sinus surgery,and the observation group was treated with endoscopic sinus surgery through anterior lacrimal recess approach.The clinical indicators and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time(41.74±5.36)min and hospitalization time(2.53±0.23)d of the observation group were shorter than(61.83±6.29)min and(4.89±0.27)d of the control group,and intraoperative blood loss(30.21±2.85)ml was less than(39.09±2.72)ml of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 95.65% of the observation group was obviously higher than 73.91% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses,the application of endoscopic sinus surgery through anterior lacrimal recess approach can obtain ideal therapeutic effect,which can not only shorten the patients’operation time and hospitalization time,but also reduce the intraoperative blood loss,and improve the patients’symptoms,which is worthy of application.
