摘 要:依据环保型多功能集材机的特点和集材需要,选择适宜的结构参数、液压缸,设计了一款林业集材用牵引式搭载装置;利用MATLAB分析影响装置稳定性的因素;应用机械系统动力学自动分析软件(ADAMS)对装置进行集材举升仿真。结果表明:通过减小偏心距、降低质心高度,可提高装置的稳定性;允许装置稳定行驶的最大横向坡度角为29°,横向斜坡转弯最大速度为10.5 km/h;经有限元校核和运动仿真表明,牵引式搭载装置在结构强度、举升运动、搭载运动中,可完成集材工作。牵引式搭载装置稳定性好,集材效率高。In order to meet the needs of the environmental protection multi-functional skidder,a traction mounted device for forestry skidding was designed.Through the selection of the structural parameters of the traction mounted device and the selection of the hydraulic cylinder,the overall design of the device was completed.By using MATLAB,we analyzed and calculated the driving stability of the device to find the parameters that affect the stability of the device,and through ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems)we carried out the simulation of skidding lifting.The results show that by reducing the eccentricity and the center of mass height,the stability of the device can be improved,and the maximum lateral slope angle that allows the device to travel stably is 29°,and the maximum lateral slope turning speed is 10.5 km/h.ADAMS simulation shows the traction loading device has good stability and high efficiency of skidding.
