南充市三级医院护士对多点执业认知意愿的调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解南充三级医院护士对多点执业的知晓度、意愿以及相关因素,为有关部门推行护士多点执业的政策提供参考性意见。方法自2019年1月至2月,采用便利抽样法选择南充市11所三级医院,对医院护理人员行微信问卷调查。结果回收有效问卷475份,其中223(46.94%)名护士不知道国家试行护士多点执业政策;384(80.84%)名护士支持多点执业政策推行,其中专科护士对多点执业的意愿更为强烈;支持护士多点执业的原因主要为能增加收入和提高医疗护理资源的利用率。结论大部分护士愿意多点执业政策推行。国家及医院等相关的卫生管理部门在提高护士收入的同时,还需加快完善管理机制,健全法律、法规,保障护士与患者的合法权益,鼓励大量专科护理人才开展多点执业,加强医疗护理资源的有效利用,方便患者就医,以促进我国医疗和护理事业的蓬勃发展。Objective To explore the awareness,willingness and related factors of nurses from tertiary hospitals in Nanchong,so as to provide reference for policy-making of multi-sited practice of nurses.Methods From January to Februay of 2019,11 tertiary hospitals in Nanchong city were selected by convenience sampling method.And the nursing staff were investigated by questionnaire on Wechat platform.Results Totally,475 valid questionnaires were collected,223(46.94%) of them did not know the national multi-sited practice policy,384(80.84%) nurses supported the implementation of multi-sited practice policy who believed that it could increase income and improve the utilization rate of medical and nursing resources.Conclusions Most of the nurses are willing to carry out the multi-point practice policy.Although the multi-sited practice of nurses conforms to the current reform of nursing service and the diversified health service needs of the people in China.However,the improvement of management mechanism,laws and regulations should be promoted to ensure the increase of nurses ’income and the legitimate rights of nurses and patients,encourage a large number of specialist nurses to carry out multi-point practice reasonably and orderly,strengthen the effective utilization of medical care resources,and facilitate patients to seek medical treatment,so as to promote the development of nursing and medical undertakings in China.
