摘  要:对中韩(武汉)石油化工有限公司1^(#)气体分馏装置丙烯损失原因进行了分析,并考察了脱乙烷塔操作条件对塔顶不凝气丙烯损失量的影响。结果表明:气体分馏装置生产过程中脱丙烷塔塔底碳四、脱乙烷塔塔顶不凝气以及粗丙烯塔塔底丙烷中夹带丙烯是造成丙烯损失的主要原因,且脱乙烷塔塔顶丙烯损失量最大,其次是粗丙烯塔塔底;随着脱乙烷塔回流温度降低或脱乙烷塔塔顶压力升高,塔顶不凝气中丙烯体积分数均降低,丙烯损失量减少。The causes of propylene loss in 1^(#) gas fractionation unit of SINOPEC-SK(Wuhan)Petrochemical Co Ltd were analyzed,and the influence of operating conditions of deethane tower on the loss of propylene in uncondensable gas at the top of tower was investigated.The results showed that the main causes of propylene loss in the production of gas fractionation unit were the C4 content at the bottom of depropane tower,uncondensable gas at the top of deethane tower and entrained propylene in propane at the bottom of crude propane tower.The loss of propylene at the top of deethane tower was the largest,followed by the bottom of crude propane tower.With either the decreasing of reflux temperature in deethane tower or increaing deethane tower top pressure,the volume fraction of propylene in non-condensable gas on the top of the tower were decreased,and so were the loss of propylene.
