摘　　要：高等教育经费是高等教育现代化投入支撑体系的重要因素。随着我国教育事业迈入新时代,高校所面临的经费配置结构失衡导致财政支出地方高校教育经费占比较少、高等教育受众个人的家庭投资比例过大、高等教育经费筹措过分依赖国家财政支持、非财政拨款渠道筹措经费占比较少等经费筹措问题日渐突出。本文旨在探讨目前我国高等教育经费筹措的现状,针对高校教育经费筹措的困难局面,从政府、社会、高校3个层面提出相应的解决措施。Higher education fund is an important factor of the investment support system of higher education modernization.With entering the new era,our country s education business college funding allocation structure imbalance in fiscal expenditure local colleges of education funds is less,the higher education individual audience of family investment ratio is too large,higher education financing too dependent on state financial support and funding channels to raise funds account for less of fiscal fund raising problems are increasingly prominent.This paper aims to discuss the current situation of raising funds for higher education in our country,in view of the difficult situation of raising funds for higher education,from the government,society,colleges and universities three levels to put forward the corresponding solutions.
