摘　　要：针对某SUV车型将钢质翼子板优化设计为塑料翼子板,通过CAE仿真验证性能合格,然后从零件数目、重量、成本等方面与钢制翼子板进行比较。文章将为今后汽车塑料翼子板的广泛应用提供借鉴。For a SUV model,the steel fender is optimized to be a plastic fender,and the performance is verified by CAE simulation.Then,it is compared with the steel fender in terms of the number of parts,weight,and cost.This article will provide a reference for the extensive application of automotive plastic fenders in the future.
