摘　　要：当前,MOOC已经成为提升教育质量、扩展教育资源的重要手段,该文以OBE(Outcome-based Education,成果导向教育)理念为原则,从定义学习成果、实现和评价学习成果、使用学习成果等环节对大学生生涯规划MOOC建设进行探索;并以"职业兴趣与性格探索"一节为例,充分讨论、阐释其具体应用。MOOC has become an important means to improve the quality of education and expand educational resources.Taking the OBE(Outcome-based Education)concept as the principle,this paper explores the MOOC construction for college students’career planning in terms of defining learning outcomes,realizing and evaluating learning outcomes,and using learning outcomes,and fully discusses and explores its specific application taking the section of"Exploration of Professional Interest and Character"as an example.
