摘　　要：军事训练是我国高校必不可少的教育途径之一。军训有利于大学生综合素质的全面发展,而高职院校培养的高素质技能型人才对工匠精神的培育又有着很高的要求。该文根据我国当今高职扩招的政策要求,阐述了当今高职扩招的背景,探索了固化军训成果促进工匠精神培育的可行性,旨在为各高职院校修订社会招生生源人才培养方案提供理论依据以及相应的解决方案。Military training is one of the indispensable ways of education in China’s colleges and universities.The military training of college students is conducive to the overall development of comprehensive quality,and the high-quality skilled talents cultivated by higher vocational colleges have high requirements for the cultivation of craftsmanship.In accordance with the policy requirements of the enrollment expansion of higher vocational education at present in China,this paper explains the background of the enrollment expansion of higher vocational education at present,explores the feasibility of solidifying military training achievements to promote the cultivation of craftsmanship,in order to provide theoretical basis for higher vocational colleges to revise the training programs of students enrolled from the society,and strive to provide corresponding solutions.
