摘 要:通过两步法制备了醇溶性壳聚糖,并采用核磁共振波谱法(NMR)对其结构进行表征。通过加入不同质量的单宁酸与醇溶性壳聚糖,合成了具有微孔结构的单宁酸/醇溶性壳聚糖复合材料,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和热重分析仪对该复合材料进行了表征。结果表明:当醇溶性壳聚糖与单宁酸的质量比为3∶1时,所得复合材料具有微孔结构,孔径在100 nm以下,该复合材料的抑菌率达75%,溶血率低至0.3%,具有良好的抑菌性及生物相容性。Alcohol-soluble chitosan was prepared through two-step method, and its structure was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer(NMR). Tannic acid/alcohol-soluble chitosan compound with microporous structure was synthesized by adding different masses of tannic acid and alcohol-soluble chitosan. This compound was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and thermogravimetric analyzer. The results show that the obtained compound had microporous structure and the pore size was below 100 nm when the mass ratio of alcohol-soluble chitosan to tannic acid was 3∶1. The compound had a bacteriostatic rate of 75% and a hemolysis rate of 0.3%, and had a good antibacterial property and biocompatibility.
