摘  要:选用不同硫、磷含量的焊丝,采用扁钢不开坡口和开K型坡口焊接工艺对T91钢高温过热屏进行自动焊接,并对焊接接头质量进行了分析。结果表明:T91钢高温过热屏的最佳自动焊接工艺为,选用低硫、磷含量的焊丝,采用扁钢开K型坡口的焊接工艺。选用低硫、磷含量的焊丝,相比高硫、磷含量的焊丝来说,T91钢高温过热屏的结晶液化裂纹敏感性显著降低了。采用扁钢开K型坡口焊接工艺,相比扁钢不开坡口焊接工艺来说,焊缝根部不易萌生微裂纹。The welding wire with different sulfur and phosphorus content was selected, and the flat steel without groove and K-groove welding process was used to automatic weld T91 steel high temperature superheat scree, and the welding joint quality was analyzed. The results show that the best automatic welding process of T91 steel high temperature superheat screen was to select the welding wire with low sulfur and phosphorus content and adopt the welding process of flat steel with K-groove. Compared with the wire with high sulfur and phosphorus content, the sensitivity of crystallization liquefaction crack of T91 steel superheat selected the wire with low sulfur and phosphorus content was significantly reduced. Compared with the flat steel without groove welding, the flat steel K-groove welding technology was adopted, the root of weld was not easy to crack.
